level. Since my fifth graders will be taking the state physical fitness
test this month, I printed out the fitness activities and worksheets for
use in my classroom.

This site features a calorie calculator. All you need to do is type in
your weight and duration of exercise and a list of activities with the
number of calories burned appear. Fun for junior high and high school

what 5 a day power play is all about and list a contact number and address
to request a 5 a day curriculum packet. I received my packet yesterday
and it is wonderful! You must check it out.
